It begins in the garden. Explore the herbs, aromas and seasonal ingredients growing just steps from the rooftop bar.

Glass
Then we bring the garden to the glass. Handcrafted botanical mocktails built from fresh herbs, fruit, tea and flowers — fig and rosemary, lemon and lavender, mint and sage.
Every pour is zero-proof by design and full-flavored on purpose. Sip slowly, compare notes, and taste what was growing a few feet away.

Gratitude
As the light softens, the rooftop gathers for Gratitude at Sunset — a short, shared moment to put the phone down, breathe, and name something you're grateful for.
It's the heart of the evening, and the reason people leave lighter than they arrived. September's theme is Herbs & Gratitude: what we grow, and what we give thanks for.
